By creating an account on Wisecool (app.wisecool.tn), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Wisecool is a Tunisian educational platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract.
Principles of Fairness
These terms are established in accordance with principles of fairness and justice. Neither Wisecool nor the user may harm the legitimate rights of the other party.
2Account Usage - STRICTLY PERSONAL
ACCOUNT SHARING IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN
Your Wisecool subscription is strictly personal and individual. One subscription = One user. Account sharing constitutes fraud.
Strictly prohibited behaviors:
- Sharing your login credentials (email/password) with others
- Allowing others to use your logged-in session
- Buying one subscription for multiple students
- Selling or renting access to your account
- Using another person's account
Automatic Detection System
Wisecool uses advanced technical measures to detect account sharing:
1 web session
- Web browser only
1 mobile session
- Mobile app only
Maximum 2 simultaneous sessions (1 web + 1 mobile). Any additional login attempt will automatically disconnect the previous session.
Consequences of Account Sharing

Immediate Suspension
The account will be suspended immediately upon detection of abnormal usage.

No Refund
In case of suspension for violation, no refund will be granted.

Retroactive Billing
Wisecool reserves the right to bill for additional subscriptions.

Legal Action
In case of confirmed fraud, Wisecool reserves the right to pursue legal action.
3Content Protection - THEFT AND PIRACY FORBIDDEN
DOWNLOADING AND SELLING VIDEOS = THEFT
Downloading our videos to resell or distribute them constitutes theft and fraud. This is an unlawful act both legally and ethically.
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
- Download videos, courses, or live session recordings
- Screen record during courses or sessions
- Sell or offer Wisecool content to others
- Publish on YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, or any other network
- Create groups to share stolen content
- Use software to capture or download video streams
Ethical and Legal Reminder
Theft is forbidden, whether material or intellectual. Stealing Wisecool content is a reprehensible act:
- You deprive teachers of their fair compensation
- You harm the sustainability of the educational platform
- You expose yourself to criminal and civil prosecution
- You harm other students who pay honestly
Consequences of Piracy and Resale
Immediate Sanctions
- Permanent account ban without refund
- Report to competent authorities
- Permanent ban from Wisecool
Legal Proceedings
- Criminal complaint for counterfeiting and theft
- Claim for damages
- Publication of judgment at offender's expense
Wisecool uses tracking and watermarking technologies to identify the source of pirated content.
What is ALLOWED
- Watch videos as many times as you want
- Take personal notes during courses
- Use resources for your personal learning
- Access from your personal devices (1 web + 1 mobile)
4Subscriptions and Payments
Your Rights as a Subscriber
- Access to all content in your plan
- Priority technical support
- Cancel at any time
- Protection of your personal data
5Legal Provisions
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
Changes to Terms
Wisecool may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email 30 days before changes take effect.
