By using the Wisecool platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Terms of use

  • The platform is open to students of all ages (6 years and up)
  • For children under 13, parental consent and supervision are required
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential
  • The platform must be used for educational purposes only

Content and intellectual property

  • All content is protected by copyright
  • Copying or distributing content without permission is prohibited
  • You may use the content for personal learning only
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove content

Enrollment, commitment & payment

  • Enrollment is for a fixed term agreed at sign-up, with an agreed installment schedule, and no automatic renewal.
  • By enrolling, the student commits to the full price of the agreed term; any remaining installments stay due even when payment is made in stages.
  • Promotional and early-bird prices are conditional on completing the agreed term. If you withdraw early without a documented reason, the discount is voided, the period already used is charged at the standard rate, and amounts paid are non-refundable; if the standard-rate value of the period used exceeds what you've paid, the difference is due, capped at the full (non-discounted) list price.
  • No refund is possible once a semester or module has been completed: the benefit is considered consumed.
  • Not using the platform after payment is not grounds for a refund or for suspending the commitment: access remains available for the full term.
  • You may withdraw within 7 days of starting (and before accessing a substantial part of the content) for a full refund and no further obligation.
  • Cancellation is only valid if submitted in writing by the account holder (or their legal guardian if under 18), through official channels and with advance notice. For documented reasons (medical, relocation…), a credit or term transfer may be offered instead of a refund.
  • Prices may change for future enrollments, with notice, without affecting the price agreed for your current term.

Prohibited conduct

  • Posting offensive or illegal content
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
  • Impersonating someone else
  • Using the platform for unauthorized advertising

  • Educational content is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee specific academic results
  • We are not liable for unexpected service interruptions
  • The user is responsible for their educational decisions

Important notice

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You'll be notified of any material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept them.
